One-On-One is a family owned and operated business, serving the mid-Missouri area. We have owned businesses in Columbia and volunteered in our community for many years. Now, as One-On-One, we have the opportunity to help those individuals and families facing a particular financially distressing circumstance. Specifically serving those who find themselves in foreclosure.

With specialty training, corporate and non-profit affiliates, and national HUD certification as housing counselors, we represent the family, working directly with the lender to find a satisfactory solution that stops the foreclosure and allows the family to remain in their home. Each situation is unique, and each set of circumstances deserving individual attention. We have various options to choose from in order to try and find a positive resolution with the lender. Being lifetime Columbia residents we have a vested interest in the mid-Missouri area, its people, and the local economy, and are proud to be able to continue helping others in need.
